REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an Exchange.

We don’t offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.

The items must:

  • be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. The original invoice will also need to be sent with returned items. Aff and Co staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Please email sales@affandco.com if you need to return an item, and we will promptly provide you with the return details.

Returned items will be issued as an exchange.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange, in these instances we may allow you to select another item of the same value of the item being returned.

Returns are processed within 10 days of receiving your items. You will receive an email confirming the details of you return.

Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.

You can send an email to sales@affandco.com if you believe your garment has a fault.

Aff and Co reserves the right to amend the returns policy as required.
